If there is any damage due to rough shipping, your bag will be replace free of charge. Just show a photo of the damage or contamination.
All bags are properly hydrated and then sterilized in my medical autoclave at 21 psi for 3+ hours, also will have a strip of autoclave tape that generates black tripped lines after autoclaving . Other vendors tend to only use 15 psi as that is their maximum limit, but it will not kill all bacteria. Although much more expensive, medical autoclaves use higher pressures/temperatures to ensure ALL bacteria are eliminated.
Bags are presealed and injection port added before autoclaving. All bags are tested for pinholed underwater to ensure there are none, but any bag can get damaged during transport. Just message me if there's an issue.
These sterile mushroom grow bags are made from Organic Rye Grain with added gypsum and lime for pH control and nutrition during colonisation. Organic rye grain is more expensive, and don't use various low cost dark coloured filler substrates you'll see on many other sterile bag listings. CVG (coco coir/vermiculite/gypsum) is cheap and sold in large bags, far more economical to colonise your grain and then add to CVG or other substrate later on.
